Link Snacks, Inc. dba World Kitchen’s (“World Kitchen’s” or “Company”) is dedicated to conducting business in a lawful and ethical manner and is committed to fair labor practices within our supply chain.  Pursuant to the requirements of the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act of 2010, World Kitchen’s makes the following disclosures:

  1. World Kitchen’s does not accept or support the use of illegal, abusive, forced or child labor. World Kitchen’s is committed to conducting business only with suppliers who adhere to the highest ethical standards and comply with laws and regulations applicable to their business.  World Kitchen’s does not currently engage in verification of product supply chains to specifically identify, assess, and manage these risks. However, World Kitchen’s requires that any concerns reported are promptly investigated and handled, as appropriate.
  2. World Kitchen’s does not currently conduct audits of suppliers to evaluate supplier compliance with Company standards against trafficking and slavery in supply chain but retains the right to do so.
  3. To ensure that our suppliers respect and enforce our company standards, we include clauses in supplier contractual agreements requiring the supplier to abide by the laws of the country or countries in which it does business, and to certify that materials incorporated into the product are not and will not be manufactured, produced, assembled, or packaged by the use of illegal, abusive, or forced labor or illegal child labor. Non-compliance with these clauses can result in the termination of the business relationship.
  4. World Kitchen’s maintains internal accountability standards for all employees or contractors who fail to meet our Company standards regarding human rights. All employees and contractors are expected to abide by all applicable laws and are encouraged to report concerns to a member of management or human resources. All concerns related to human rights must be promptly investigated and resolved, as appropriate.
  5. World Kitchen’s does not currently maintain a formal staff training program relating to human trafficking and slavery, however, all employees with responsibility for supply chain management are required to comply with Company standards, including compliance with law and are subject to discipline, up to and including termination of employment, for failure to do so.
